Principal Architect and leading Passive House Certified Designer in the New York area, with 40 years of experience working in the Catskills region. Buck is the Chair of New York Passive House, which promotes education and implementation of Passive House standards throughout the New York state. Proud Catskills homeowner for over 30 years.
Remy Moorhead, CPHD
Architectural designer and Certified Passive House Designer, specializing in high performance, net zero carbon and net zero energy building design. Member of the Buck Moorhead Architect team since 2017 and lifelong Catskills weekender.
Christin Hale
Christin is a former corporate finance professional with over 25 years of experience. Not only was she able to master her craft in the finance world, but she has become skilled in woodworking, carpentry, mechanical systems, construction, and a variety of additional trade skills driven only by her passion to build and create things with her hands. Today, you’ll catch Christin on-site managing the site and the latest development.
