On November 2nd, 2018, Manor Falls Associates LLC purchased a 90 acre parcel of land located at 302 Huber Road, in the Town of Callicoon NY.

The Town of Callicoon Planning Board issued a preliminary approval for subdivision of 87 acres of the property into ten lots on October 17th, 2019. The 90 acre parcel also includes a previously subdivided 3 acre parcel.

The Town of Callicoon issued a building permit on April 7th, 2020, for the construction of a single family residence on the 3 acre parcel.

On July 8, 2020, New York State Department of Environmental Conservation issued an Acknowledgement of Notice of Intent for coverage under SPDES General Permit for Stormwater Discharges related to Construction Activity - General Permit No. 0-20-001 relating to the property.
