James Karpowicz is Sales Liaison for The Catskill Project and a Premiere Sales Agent with Coldwell Banker Timberland Properties. Mr. Karpowicz first delved into real estate as a young man, organizing art events across the Northeast. As his family grew and life progressed, James made the transition to full-time life in Livingston Manor, realizing the allure and simple pleasures of mountain life. He felt compelled to share his experience with others by actively connecting buyers and sellers, and went on to develop multiple luxury subdivisions, provide interior and architecture design direction, and assist new buyers with the transition to a rural experience. His respect for the environment has brought him to Green Building Conferences and industry trainings with NYSERDA over the course of his career. James' work with The Catskill Project is a natural progression of his professional journey where art, architecture, environment, and human experience intersect in a serene and thoughtful built experience.
